At Alankar, we ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. We offer a exchange policy to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please note that we do not offer Returns and Refund.
Return/Refund:
- No Return and Refund.
Eligibility for Exchanges:
- Product purchased on sale, using discount code, offers, gift cards, or credit note, any type of discount are not eligible for return and exchange.
- Some items are non-exchangeable, including: Earrings and other pierced items due to hygiene reasons.
- We offer an exchange only if the product you received is defective or damage, If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at Alankar.contact01@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date of delivered to request an Exchange. Please attach unboxing videos of the product where the defect or damage is clearly visible. Without video proof we will not replace or exchange the product.
- In case of receiving a damaged defective piece, we will replace it with the same piece. If the same piece is unavailable, we will provide you with a credit note of the same amount (excluding shipping charges) which you can use for your next purchase.
- Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with original receipt/invoice, When you return a product for exchange.
- Exchanges will be processed upon receiving the returned item and subject to product availability.
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges for reverse pickup and Re-shipping, except in cases where the item received are damaged, incorrect, or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with original receipt/invoice.
- We do offer exchange in certain cases such as size issues or other valid reasons. To be eligible for an exchange, All the terms and conditions mentioned in our exchange policy must be strictly followed.
- Color Variation: The product color may vary slight due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Also some product have a smooth and silky shine, while others have a matte finish that does not shine as much. Difference in color and Shine will not be accepted as a reason for exchange.
- Some products are designed to be delicate, These pieces must be handled and worn with extra care. Dua to mishandling if gets broken or damaged it will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange.
- We accept exchanges for items purchased directly from Alankar. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their exchange policy.
- Exchanges for Gifts: If you received a Alankar product as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact our customer support team at Alankar.contact01@gmail.com to facilitate the process.
