 At Alankar, we ensure that you are delighted with your purchase. We offer a
exchange policy to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please note that
we do not offer returns and Refund.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

* No refunds and Return.

* We advise you to make a video of opening your package at the time of delivery to expedite your claim. Without video proof we will not replace or exchange the product.

* For Exchange Contact our customer support team at Alankar.contact01@gmail.com within 24 hour from the date of delivered to request an Exchange.

* Product purchased on sale, using discount code, offers, gift cards, or credit note, any type of discount are not eligible for return and exchange.

* Some items are non-exchangeable, including Earrings and other pierced items due to hygiene reasons.

* If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team Alankar.contact01@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving. Please attach images and unboxing videos of the product showing the defect.

* Items should be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging with original receipt/invoice.

*In case of receiving a damaged defective piece, we will replace it with the same piece. If the same piece is unavailable, we will provide you with a credit note of the same amount (excluding shipping charges) which you can use for your next purchase.

* Exchanges will be processed upon receiving the returned item and subject to product availability. 

* Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges for reverse pickup and Re-shipping, except in cases where the item received are damaged, incorrect, or defective. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

* In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the product have been received and verified at our warehouse. 

* Color Variation: The product color may vary slight due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Also some product have a smooth and silky shine, while others have a matte finish that does not shine as much. Difference in color and Shine will not be accepted as a reason for return or exchange.me products are designed to be delicate, which means they should be handled with care. This does not mean the product quality is not good. This reason will not be accepted for exchange or return.

* We accept exchanges for items purchased directly from Alankar. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their exchange policy.

* Exchanges for Gifts: If you received a Alankar product as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact our customer support team at Alankar.contact01@gmail.com to facilitate the process.

Jewelry Care:

* Store your jewellery in a jewellery box, but keep each piece separate to prevent them from rubbing against each other and getting scratched. Alternatively, use the jewellery pouch provided.

* After each use, wipe the jewellery with a soft cloth and store it properly to maintain its lustrous finish.

* If needed, you can clean the jewellery with soapy water and use a soft toothbrush for gentle scrubbing. Do this only when necessary.

* Rinse the jewellery with clean water and dry it using a soft, lint-free cloth.

* Avoid hard contact to prevent scratches, chipping, or any damage to the jewellery.

* Do not use harsh chemicals like bleach or chlorine to clean the jewellery, as they can damage and ruin it.

* Keep your jewellery away from chemical-based products like perfumes, hair sprays, and chemical soaps. You can wear jewellery while swimming, but it is best to avoid it, as swimming pool water contains chemicals that may damage the jewellery. It is better to remove jewellery before
swimming.

* You can wash your hands with liquid soap while wearing jewellery, as it won’t cause much harm, but the less exposure to chemicals, the longer your jewellery will last. Avoid direct contact with
high-chemical soaps.

* When taking a shower, if you are using hot water, shampoo, or any other chemical-based products, it is best to remove your jewellery beforehand. The more you care for your jewellery, the longer it will stay as good as new.
